Meta-Cognitive Coaching is different from traditional tutoring.
Rather than focusing only on what students learn, metacognition focuses on how they learn. It builds students’ awareness of their own thinking, mental processes, and learning patterns.

 Constructs & Concepts International (CCI) offers Charter School Board Assessments and Governance Training that are standards-based and that meet the specific needs of the Charter Board.  No more boring boiler-plate training that limits the Board's ability to govern successfully in an ever-changing school environment.  

While Charter School Board development and training are our specialty, we have successful experiences with community, church, other non-profit, and local governmental boards and partnership trainings.
